We’re looking for an IT Help Desk/Support Technician who enjoys solving problems, helping people, and keeping technology running smoothly across multiple state locations.

What You’ll Do
As our IT Help Desk Technician, you’ll be the friendly, first-line technical expert supporting employees across the company.
Key responsibilities include:
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware including PCs, laptops, printers, handhelds, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Provide phone and in-person support for user issues related to network access, hardware, and software
• Support multi-state locations; occasional travel required
• Maintain, update, and repair LAN/WAN connectivity including VPN tunnels
• Assist with backups, restores, and system monitoring
• Serve as primary helpdesk contact for computer and network-related issues
• Track and manage software licensing (Exchange, Windows, Office, ADP, RAS, etc.)
• Maintain inventory and replacement schedules for hardware and mobile devices
• Assign and track company mobile phones and ensure accurate HRIS documentation
• Support route accounting software (RAS) as needed
• Assist with training, documentation, and keeping technology areas organized
What You Bring
To thrive in this role, you should have:
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory, Windows server/desktop OS, hardware, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to troubleshoot effectively and work independently
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
• Ability to lift 15–25 lbs. and perform basic physical troubleshooting tasks
• Reliable transportation for onsite visits
Education/Experience
• Associate degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with LAN, WAN, desktop/server OS, and general software applications
• Prior IT Help Desk experience a plus
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required
Working Conditions
• Standard office environment with occasional exposure to electrical equipment
• Travel to remote facilities as needed for user support
