IT Graduate Development Programme 2027 - Cyber Security
At ESB, technology plays a leading role in enabling and realising our purpose to deliver a brighter future for the customers and communities we serve. Today that means we are driven to make a difference – net zero by 2040 – and it’s our people who ensure we succeed.
With almost 500 people working across our IT Delivery and CIO functions, together we design, build and support a broad range of technologies and services to deliver on our strategic objectives – decarbonised electricity, resilient infrastructure and empowered customers.

Together, these technologies support our critical national infrastructure, and ESB’s Cybersecurity teams are responsible for assuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of ESB’s IT and Digital systems and data. As part of the Cyber team, you will help provide appropriate protection, response and risk mitigation for ESB.
