The IT Governance Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing ITgovernance frameworks to ensure seamless alignment between IT strategies and business objectives. This role is essential for maintaining regulatorycompliance, managing IT risks, and standardizing processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive IT governance frameworks aligned with industry standards
• Develop IT policies, procedures, and standards across the organisation
• Create governance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure alignment between IT strategy and business objectives
• Monitor compliance with IT-related regulations
• Conduct IT risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
• Oversee IT audit activities and coordinate with internal/external auditors
• Manage IT compliance reporting and documentation
• Develop and monitor IT performance metrics and dashboards
• Conduct IT service level agreement (SLA) reviews and assessments
• Identify opportunities for IT process improvements and automation
• Standardise IT service delivery processes across business units
• Implement change management procedures for IT systems and processes
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within IT operations
• Ensure proper documentation of IT processes and procedures
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand technology requirements
