We’re looking for a forward-thinking IT Governance & Process Excellence Lead to redefine how IT operates at scale across a global organization of 10,000+ employees — with AI as a core enabler of the next-generation operating model

You will sit at the intersection of governance, process excellence, and emerging AI capabilities — shaping how automation, data, and intelligent systems are embedded into IT operations responsibly and effectively.

What You’ll Own
- Design and evolve the IT governance model across a complex, global landscape
- Embed AI governance principles into IT processes (transparency, accountability, risk awareness, ethical use)
- Drive end-to-end ITSM excellence, modernized through automation and AI augmentation
- Define process frameworks, KPIs, and performance insights, leveraging data and intelligent tooling
- Lead maturity assessments and transformation initiatives, including AI-readiness and automation potential
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on operating models, AI adoption, and process optimization
- Introduce intelligent automation and AI-driven improvements where they create real business value
- Orchestrate and challenge external advisory partners to deliver outcomes — not just recommendations
- Enable process owners to adopt AI-enhanced ways of working with confidence and control
- Translate complexity into clear executive narratives and decision-making insights
What Sets You Apart
- 7+ years solving complex IT operating and transformation challenges
- A consulting mindset — structured, analytical, and outcome-oriented
- Experience working in large, complex environments where scale and alignment matter
- Exposure to or strong interest in AI, automation, or data-driven IT operations
- Ability to bridge traditional IT governance with emerging AI governance needs
- Comfortable shaping frameworks where standards are still evolving
- Strong stakeholder presence — you can influence senior leaders and drive alignment
- You don’t just follow best practices — you adapt and evolve them
