We are looking for a professional with a strong focus on Front-End analysis, responsible for interpreting and translating business needs into functional requirements for development teams. As IT Functional Analyst Senior Specialist- Front End, you will be part of Digital & Innovation Department.

What you'll do:

• Analyze Front-End-related requirements using UML techniques, adapting deliverables to Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid project methodologies.

• Produce functional documentation in accordance with business guidelines.

• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and validate interface designs using Figma.

• Support the design, implementation, testing, and optimization phases of Front-End solutions.

• Ensure that technology solutions are aligned with business requirements and effectively meet user expectations.

• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams, as well as all involved stakeholders.

• Support the business during the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase, with a focus on Front-End functionality.

What you'll bring:

• A degree in STEM disciplines, particularly Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Digital Systems Economics.

• 2–3 years of experience in functional analysis, with specific experience on Front-End projects.

• Proficiency in Figma and understanding of UX/UI principles.

• Ability to interpret user requirements, integrate them, and identify impacts on the reference systems.

• Knowledge of the UML framework.

• Strong documentation and summarization skills.

• Ability to work in multidisciplinary and international teams.

• Excellent command of Italian (written and spoken) is mandatory.

• Good knowledge of English.

• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and lead initiatives when required.
