IT Fulfillment Manager

The IT Fulfillment Manager is responsible for managing the lifecycle of the organization's IT assets, including hardware, software, and related equipment. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to track, manage, and control IT assets effectively. The goal is to ensure alignment with business objectives, compliance, cost efficiency, and risk management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

IT Asset Management

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of IT assets, including hardware and software.
• Manage IT asset allocation and updates within the ITAM system.
• Process and oversee disposal of obsolete or

defective hardware and software assets.

• Manage and monitor work-at-home asset retrieval and deployment.
• Provide asset deployment services for both new and existing hardware endpoints.

Inventory Management and Reporting

• Conduct IT inventory audits and scans to ensure program effectiveness.
• Generate and report metrics related to hardware and software inventory to senior management.
• Monitor defective assets and manage warranty claims with local vendors.

Procurement and Purchase Requests

• Review hardware and software purchase requests for endpoints.
• Oversee software subscription renewals and evaluate new requests.
• Collaborate with procurement to assess hardware/software system tools and make recommendations.

Customer Service

• Communicate with internal clients and vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Respond to service requests in a timely manner and provide clear and efficient solutions.
