Job Overview
:
Level Up Talent Solutions is looking for an IT Generalist Analyst to support internal operations by bridging the gap between administrative tracking and technical system management.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized and detail-oriented, with a solid understanding of general IT environments (SaaS tools, hardware, and infrastructure). You will help maintain accurate system records, track asset life-cycles, and identify outdated or unused systems to keep the organization efficient and up to date.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update inventory of IT assets, software licenses, and system credentials
Track and monitor contract renewals, subscriptions, warranties, and lifecycle dates
Identify and flag orphaned accounts, unused systems, and redundant tools
Ensure data hygiene across IT tracking systems, spreadsheets, and internal documentation
Support internal reporting on IT environment status and system health
Assist in organizing and standardizing IT documentation and records
Identify potential technical debt and recommend areas for system cleanup or refresh
Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure accurate system visibility
Requirements:
Strong organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail
Basic understanding of IT environments (SaaS platforms, hardware, infrastructure concepts)
Experience in administrative, operations, IT coordination, or systems support roles
Ability to manage multiple datasets and maintain accurate records
Strong analytical mindset with a structured, process-driven approach
Comfortable working independently and maintaining ongoing tracking systems
Nice to Have:
Experience with asset management or IT inventory systems
Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., Notion, Jira, ClickUp)
Experience supporting internal IT or operations teams
Basic understanding of security best practices (access control, credential management)
