Job Description
What you will do: As an intern on our IT Finance team, you will gain hands-on experience supporting key financial operations and strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Support monthly IT finance operations including accruals, forecasting, variance analysis, and G&A expense management
- Contribute to financial planning, reporting improvements, and cloud optimization (FinOps) initiatives
- Assist with asset/license management and strategic portfolio oversight, including demand management and project financials
What you need to be successful:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and enthusiasm for learning in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

- Upper-level accounting coursework (e.g., cost accounting, financial reporting, budgeting)
- Interest or foundational knowledge in IT systems or information systems
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

Compensation & Internship Details
- Compensation $22/hour for undergraduates, $25/hour for those enrolled in a graduate program.
- Work Schedule A 40-hour workweek is expected, with interns on-site from Monday to Thursday in our Boca Raton Headquarters, and the option to work remotely on Fridays, depending on team schedules.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required, as we do not offer sponsorship.
- Must be available for the entire duration of the internship program, from May 18-July 30, 2026.
- Housing allowance and relocation assistance are not offered for Internship roles.
