IT Expert - Finance

Role Summary

Randstad Global IT Services (GIS) is hiring an IT Expert - Finance to act as a principal technical advisor, designing and optimizing secure, enterprise-grade financial systems architecture. This role translates complex financial operations needs into scalable cloud, governance, and data solutions across our global landscape.

Important Note: This is an Enterprise IT & Financial Architecture role focused on system design, IT governance (ISO 27001), cloud capabilities, and cross-functional strategy. It is NOT a hands-on accounting, financial analyst, or routine end-user support role.

What Will You Achieve?

• Design Scalable Architecture: Create enterprise-grade financial system designs across cloud, data, infrastructure, and cybersecurity domains.
• Drive Digital Transformation: Serve as a principal technical advisor to finance leadership, bridging the gap between non-technical operations and modern IT technology.
• Ensure Security & Governance: Apply IAM best practices, ISO 27001 standards, and ITSM frameworks to safeguard global financial data and manage service level agreements (SLAs).
• Optimize Operations: Eliminate process bottlenecks and streamline financial workflows through modern software engineering methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall).

What Systems & Technologies Will You Own?

• Financial Software Ecosystems: Enterprise ERPs (e.g., Workday, JD Edwards), Treasury platforms (e.g., Nomentia, Coupa), financial reporting, and continuous closing/consolidation tools.
• Core Disciplines: Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity Strategy, Data Analysis, and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Standards & Frameworks: ISO 27001 compliance, ITSM practices, and SLA management.

What Do You Need to Succeed?

• Experience: 5–7 years of progressive IT experience with a heavy focus on enterprise financial systems architecture and technology ecosystems.
• Education & Certifications: Industry certifications or demonstrated expertise in Computer Science, IT, or related fields (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of cloud environments, security protocols, and integration of financial applications.
• Leadership Competencies: Strong strategic thinking, consensus-building, clear communication of technical trade-offs to business leaders, and the ability to work autonomously.
