Manage IT infrastructure, internal networks, servers, licensed software, and data security systems.
Operate and optimize core healthcare and business applications, including HIS, LIS, PACS, EMR, ERP, CRM, and other management systems.
Establish and maintain information security, data protection, and backup policies in compliance with legal regulations and healthcare industry standards.
Propose and implement digital transformation initiatives, including data integration across medical facilities within the system; consolidate, analyze, and leverage data to support management and enhance service delivery.
Plan and control IT budgets and investment projects to ensure operational efficiency and cost optimization.
Advise the Board of Management on emerging technologies, digitalization trends, and operational process improvements.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the IT field; candidates with experience in hospitals, healthcare systems, or multi-branch organizations are highly preferred.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, LAN/WAN networks, servers, cloud systems, healthcare software such as HIS, LIS, PACS, EMR, data security, and healthcare digital transformation.
