Job Description

Responsibilities:

Application Support & IT Systems

  • Provide first-level support for clinical and internal systems (troubleshooting, issue tracking, escalation)
  • Assist in system change requests, testing, and minor enhancements
  • Support system integrations, upgrades, and user access management
  • Perform data extraction, report generation, and basic analysis
  • Maintain IT equipment, systems, and documentation

Operations & Coordination

  • Support daily department operations and service workflows
  • Assist users in resolving system and process-related issues
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on system matters
  • Support procurement, asset tracking, and basic budgeting tasks

Projects & Improvement

  • Assist in IT projects and system implementations
  • Support KPI tracking and reporting
  • Maintain SOPs and documentation
  • Participate in audit and compliance activities


Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in IT, Healthcare, or related discipline
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in IT support, application support, or similar roles
  • Experience in application/system support (any industry)
  • Exposure to healthcare systems is an advantage
  • Familiar with Excel and basic data reporting
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, or integrations
  • Good problem-solving and coordination skills
  • Willing to learn and take on both IT and operational responsibilities
  • Good communication skills to support non-technical users
