Be at the core of critical IT operations. As a Second Level IT Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in maintaining and securing infrastructure, ensuring systems run smoothly, and resolving complex technical issues across the organisation. This role requires strong technical expertise, a proactive mindset, and the ability to respond quickly in high-pressure situations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide second-line support for infrastructure and IT systems
- Install, maintain, and support servers, networks, virtualisation, and storage systems
- Manage and support IT security tools (endpoints, firewalls, intrusion systems)
- Monitor systems and act proactively on alerts and incidents
- Respond rapidly to critical system alarms and outages
- Provide on-call remote support for emergencies
PROFILE
- Certifications such as CCNA and Microsoft (Windows Server) preferred
- Experience with VMware, shared storage, and Office 365
- Basic PowerShell scripting knowledge
- Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Minimum 3 years' hands-on IT support experience (networks, servers, Wi-Fi)
- Good English communication skills
- Willingness to travel for onsite work
