Job Description

Be at the core of critical IT operations. As a Second Level IT Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in maintaining and securing infrastructure, ensuring systems run smoothly, and resolving complex technical issues across the organisation. This role requires strong technical expertise, a proactive mindset, and the ability to respond quickly in high-pressure situations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide second-line support for infrastructure and IT systems
  • Install, maintain, and support servers, networks, virtualisation, and storage systems
  • Manage and support IT security tools (endpoints, firewalls, intrusion systems)
  • Monitor systems and act proactively on alerts and incidents
  • Respond rapidly to critical system alarms and outages
  • Provide on-call remote support for emergencies

PROFILE

  • Certifications such as CCNA and Microsoft (Windows Server) preferred
  • Experience with VMware, shared storage, and Office 365
  • Basic PowerShell scripting knowledge
  • Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Minimum 3 years' hands-on IT support experience (networks, servers, Wi-Fi)
  • Good English communication skills
  • Willingness to travel for onsite work
