Job Description

Arηs Group, Part of Accenture, specializes in the management of complex public sector IT projects, including systems integration, informatics and analytics, solution implementation and program management. Our team helps lead clients through digital and information systems design, bringing expertise in a variety of areas ranging from software development, data science and security management to machine learning, cloud, and mobile development. Arηs Group was acquired by Accenture in July 2024.

• Accepting IT equipment deliveries
• Labelling and registering IT equipment in the ITAM module
• Carrying and moving goods
• Packing and unpacking IT equipment
• Loading and unloading lorries
• Preparing obsolete IT equipment for disposal
• Cleaning IT equipment before shipment and delivery to end users
• Preparing IT equipment for shipment
• Delivering and collecting equipment to and from end users
• Supporting IT inventory processes
• Managing storage space and maintaining order
• Transporting small and medium-sized IT equipment between client's offices in Warsaw and surrounding areas (if assigned to Warsaw HQ)
• Managing teams and coordinating tasks (Advanced profile only)
• Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of IT relevant professional experience
• Minimum 2 years of working experience at similar position
• Knowledge of IT equipment and its components
• Experience managing storage space and spare parts stock, mainly IT assets and consumables
• Experience managing IT asset inventory
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Other Requirements

• Physically fit to perform assigned duties, including moving heavy boxes
• Ability to operate a hand pallet truck, including any required license
• Category B driving license
• Ability to use a personal car for transporting small and medium-sized boxes within Warsaw and surrounding areas (up to 50 km monthly, without additional fees, including all required permissions and insurance)
