Established in 2016, the Greek entity Arηs Developments Hellas aims to extend Arηs Group activities dedicated to the European market providing high-quality services in Software Development, covering the entire application development lifecycle.

We are currently looking for a Subject Matter Specialist (VMware) to join our growing team in one of the biggest European organizations.

Tasks:

• Daily solution administration (management, monitoring, troubleshooting)
• Maintaining up-to-date solution documentation including technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user manuals, knowledge base articles etc.
• If applicable, managing solutions through the complete service lifecycle
• Other specific duties as assigned by client ICT SCSMT team leader

Qualifications

• At least 2 years (full-time) experience in a similar position
• Excellent knowledge of the subject at the administration level
• Well understanding of complex information systems and their interoperability
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell or Bash
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible
• Experience with Infrastructure automatization tools such as Terraform
• Experience with Infrastructure automatization tools such as VMware ARIA Automation
• Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux Red Hat configuration and automatization
• Knowledge of IT security standards
