About SunPower SunPower’s mission is to provide industry leading, innovative, end-to-end solar energy solutions with exceptional customer service. With over 30 years of experience in the US Residential Solar industry, we deliver an all-in-one solar solution that supports the transition to clean energy.
SunPower continues to grow through strategic acquisitions of leading solar companies. These have included SunPower, Blue Raven Solar, Complete Solar, and Sunder Energy. These transitions bring together the strengths, expertise, and shared commitment to making clean energy simpler and more accessible for everyone.
Benefits:
We are seeking a hands-on IT Engineering Lead to support and evolve our Microsoft-centric corporate environment. This role focuses on endpoint engineering and automation, Microsoft identity and SaaS administration, network maintenance, and executive technology readiness.
This is not a traditional HelpDesk Engineering role. This is an engineering-first role requiring strong PowerShell scripting, deep familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, and the ability to troubleshoot authentication, licensing, and SaaS access issues in a production environment. The Lead is responsible for making all technology in our headquarters user-obvious and a joy to use. The right candidate combines strong systems thinking with practical end-user support capability.
