We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Representative to join our Global IT Operations team, with a primary focus on supporting our expanding footprint across the Asia region.

In this role, you will be the backbone of our regional IT operations, ensuring seamless daily technology experiences for Nova’s employees in Taiwan and beyond. You will collaborate closely with global engineering and security teams, driving operational excellence, empowering colleagues through efficient technical support, and contributing to impactful regional IT projects.

Role Responsibilities

Manufacturing & Production Support

• Provide IT support for manufacturing and production floor environments, ensuring high availability of critical systems, workstations, printers, scanners, and related operational equipment.
• Support production users and business-critical activities while minimizing downtime and business impact.

End-to-End User Support

• Serve as the primary IT point of contact for all Nova Taiwan employees, providing technical support and a high level of customer service.
• Support office, laboratory, engineering, and manufacturing users across multiple business functions.

Regional & Global IT Engagement

• Act as the local representative of Global IT in Taiwan, ensuring alignment with global standards, processes, cybersecurity requirements, and IT policies.
• Collaborate closely with APAC IT teams and Global IT teams on incident resolution, service improvements, infrastructure initiatives, and technology deployments.

Service Management & Continuous Improvement

• Manage incidents, service requests, and escalations through the corporate ITSM platform while meeting defined SLA targets.
• Contribute to knowledge management, process improvements, documentation.

Requirements

Experience: 3+ years of professional IT support experience, preferably within a multinational or corporate environment.

Technical Skills

• Experience supporting enterprise endpoint management solutions (Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as JSM ticketing systems.
• Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), endpoint security, and modern workplace technologies.

Business & Manufacturing Environment

• Experience supporting manufacturing, production, laboratory, or engineering environments is an advantage.
• Ability to prioritize and resolve business-critical production issues under time-sensitive conditions.

Global Collaboration

• Experience working with remote regional and global teams across multiple time zones.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
