Job Description

Basic Function of the Job:

Setting up & provide full life cycle support to all IT-based systems implemented in the organization. Ensure optimum system uptime & timely problem resolution. To meet or exceed our customers' expectation in compliance with the Quality Policy. Responsible for maintaining IT systems in the areas of telecommunications, office tools & automation, Data Centre Management and business tools as per the business requirements. Provide support to end users in maintaining & using IT tools. Analyze & propose new technology introduction to optimize productivity in the organization. Provide leadership & cross training to peers and technicians in technical matters. Participate in cost optimization program for the department. Performing any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time. Derive Continual Improvement. Practice Risk Base Thinking in planning and execution of task. Compliance to ISO Requirements, company rules & regulations, applicable codes etc.
