Qualifications

• 3 to 4
  years of experience in IT support, endpoint administration, or workplace
  technologies.
  
• Basic
  knowledge of Microsoft Intune and device management concepts.
  
• Familiarity
  with Windows 11 administration and troubleshooting.
  
• Understanding
  of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and device identity concepts.
  
• Basic
  knowledge of Windows Autopilot and modern device provisioning is a plus.
  
• Exposure
  to PowerShell scripting or a willingness to learn automation techniques.
  
• Understanding
  of endpoint security best practices.
  
• Strong
  problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Good
  communication skills in English; German is a plus.
  
  Responsibilities

• Assist
  in the deployment and maintenance of device configuration profiles and
  compliance policies through Microsoft Intune.
  
• Support
  Windows device enrollment and deployment processes.
  
• Help
  monitor endpoint compliance and security settings.
  
• Participate
  in the migration of traditional on-premises management solutions to modern
  cloud-based management.
  
• Support
  endpoint privilege management initiatives and security best practices.
  
• Assist
  with Windows feature updates, quality updates, and device lifecycle
  management.
  
• Collaborate
  with IT and Security teams to ensure devices meet company compliance
  requirements.
  
• Troubleshoot
  and resolve endpoint management issues as part of the IT support
  escalation process.
  
• Maintain
  technical documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.
  
• Contribute
  to workplace technology projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
