Job Description

IQSIGHT is a global leader in intelligence‑first video security and visual intelligence solutions, originating from Bosch Video Systems and backed by more than 60 years of engineering expertise. IQSIGHT develops AI‑enabled cameras, edge‑ and cloud‑based analytics, and secure connectivity that empower organizations to see clearly, understand context in real time, and act with confidence.

With more than 600 patents and a broad portfolio of NDAA‑ and TAA‑compliant systems, IQSIGHT transforms video into actionable intelligence, enabling proactive decision‑making across industries such as critical infrastructure, transportation, education, government, and smart cities.

Headquartered in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, IQSIGHT is committed to reliable performance, cyber‑resilient design, and continuous innovation—delivering visual intelligence for a world uninterrupted.

IQSIGHT is part of the Keenfinity Group. Following its carve‑out from the Bosch Group in 2025, Keenfinity operates as an independent company within the portfolio of European investment firm Triton. The Group comprises four business units: Audio (Bosch, Electro‑Voice, Dynacord, RTS, Telex), IQSIGHT Video Systems, Radionix Intrusion & Access, and Keenfinity Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS).

Within our Business Unit IQSIGHT, we are looking for a Head of Digital Transformation & IT to lead the evolution of our digital and IT landscape as a critical enabler of our business strategy.

This is a hands‑on IT leadership role, initially focused primarily on the application and digital layers of the technology stack. The role owns how technology supports our operating model, growth ambitions, and business capabilities as we transition from a centrally delivered Group IT model to a part‑independent, fit‑for‑purpose IT landscape. This landscape will support IQSIGHT as it develops into an independent entity, while the role remains actively involved in and accountable for delivery.

The focus is on building a scalable, future‑ready IT architecture and digital foundation that enables:

  • Master data management and business analytics
  • Commercial business execution (CRM, CPQ, customer journey, business model logic)
  • Operational execution (R&D, technical service)
  • Service delivery

In the short term, a key responsibility will be to jointly define and implement the application portfolio and target architecture for IQSIGHT in close collaboration with Keenfinity Group IT. Mid‑ to long‑term, this role will ensure that the Business Unit has a clear, independent, sustainable, and strategically driven digital backbone.

Key Responsibilities

Digital & IT Leadership

  • Own and evolve the digital and IT landscape in line with business strategy
  • Enable growth, scalability, new business models, and AI leverage
  • Ensure technology decisions are business-driven and outcome-focused

Application Portfolio Ownership

  • Define and manage a coherent application portfolio
  • Partner with business leaders to clarify required capabilities, differentiation, and standardization
  • Maintain a scalable, maintainable, and fragmentation-free landscape

Business Capability Enablement

  • Translate strategy into digital capabilities supporting:
    • Product lifecycle execution
    • Commercial and service processes
    • Installed base transparency

Leadership within IQSIGHT

  • Act as the digital and IT leader in the BU leadership team
  • Manage strategic vendors and partners with effective governance
  • Drive decisions on architecture, feasibility, trade-offs, and long-term impact

Execution & Delivery

  • Oversee digital initiatives across operations and commercial workflows
  • Own the IT budget
  • Build and lead a high-performing IT team (4–5 professionals), covering:
    • Solution Product Owners (Salesforce CRM & Service Cloud, Frontend)
    • MDM ownership and analytics
    • End-to-end architecture

Qualifications

The role requires an individual capable of operating at executive level in a multinational company while also working day-to-day with a small, specialist IT team. It is not a strategic or advisory CIO role but offers a clear opportunity to develop into a broader CIO remit over time.

Education: Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • 10+ years’ experience in senior IT leadership roles (e.g. Head of IT, IT Director, Senior Technology Leader).
  • Proven experience leading IT transformation, carve-outs, or stand-up environments.
  • Strong background in application ownership and enterprise systems, rather than purely infrastructure-led roles.
  • Experience working in global or multi-site organizations.
  • Industry experience in B2B product, engineering, or manufacturing environments is advantageous.

Competencies:

  • Application strategy, IT transformation, and vendor management.
  • Enterprise Architecture concepts and frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, ArchiMate), applied pragmatically.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, systems integration, and digital applications.
  • Ability to balance hands-on delivery with senior-level governance and decision-making.

Personal Profile:

  • Credible executive communicator and trusted advisor
  • Pragmatic, commercially minded, and delivery-focused
  • Comfortable in ambiguous and evolving environments
  • Balances structure with speed and flexibility
  • Structured, fact-based thinker who can engage in constructive debate

Languages Excellent written and spoken English skills, German or Dutch preferred.

Additional Information

We offer a competitive package to the right candidate, which includes:

  • Competitive salary based on your skills and experiences
  • Competitive bonus scheme
  • Unique opportunity to work for an international company with the newest technology
  • Plenty of training for personal and professional development
  • Flexible work hours
  • A key role in the development of products that contribute to safety worldwide
  • Leading an enthusiastic and knowledgeable team with a high level of technical expertise
