Job

Summary:
The IT Director will be responsible for directing the planning, development, procurement, implementation, and maintenance of all information technology products and services. Formulates and administers IT policies, procedures, goals and objectives. Develops IT services and solutions to effectively meet the future needs of clients and users. Ensures that IT services are seamless, transparent, and effectively delivered, and that problems are promptly resolved. Business acumen qualification involves the ability to manage human, supply chain, financial, and information resources strategically. This role is essential for aligning our IT infrastructure and asset management with our broader business strategies, ensuring seamless technology operations and robust protection against internal and external threats.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead the integration of enterprise-wide systems and oversee the IT development, planning, and effective implementation of our IT architecture.
- Align IT asset strategies with both business and asset management objectives.
- Develop and execute an evolving IT strategy that delivers optimal return on investment (ROI) while meeting current and future business needs.
- Evaluate company requirements and design strategic plans to support growth, efficiency, and scalability.
- Design, implement, and maintain cyber security policies, safeguards, and procedures that protect critical information, systems, and networks.
- Stay vigilant regarding evolving cyber threats and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements, including guidelines from the NIST
- Cybersecurity Framework (CSF 2.0) and Cri Profile v2.0 for threat identification.
- Ensure IT resources – human, supply chain, financial, and informational- are planned, acquired, and managed to achieve strategic objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with vendors and third-party partners, while ensuring systems uptime and efficient budget management.
- Provide guidance and oversight for IT operations across all company locations, including retail sites if applicable.
- Collaborate with top-level experts, consultants, and industry leaders to design, test, produce, and evaluate advances information security system.
Essential Functions:
- Knowledge of systems integration
- Excellent understanding of related hardware and software including server application’s networking environments, firewall, and internet applications, etc.
- Excellent Leadership skills.
- Ability to organize, coordinate, and direct projects.
- Vigilant in cyber security and cyber improvements as this relates to laws and insurance
- Handles issues and solutions related to implementing policies and safeguards to protect information, systems, and networks within a complex organization.
- Defines and implements policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure efficient and costeffective information resources planning, acquisition and cyber/computer security in support of LDM Retail’s mission and vision statements.
- Assessing company needs; develop strategies and plans to meet needs
- Provide data analytics. Ability to ensure information technology resources are planned for, acquired, and managed in a manner that achieves strategic objectives.
- Support; collaborates and provides oversight for technology (IT) activities for LDM Retail Locations.

QualificationsEducation and

Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science.
Required Knowledge:
- Retail Experience
- Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
- Knowledge of information technology computer systems and software; the ability to manage the entire spectrum of information technology operations.
- The incumbent is also required to successfully negotiate contracts with vendors and external contractors.
- Computer skills and analytical ability to identify and resolve information technology problems.
- Retail Multi-State Multi-Location experience
- Project management skills necessary to successfully implement a variety of complex technology network and infrastructure projects.
- In-depth understanding of cyber security measures, policy, implementation, and enterprise systems integration.
Experience Required:
- Experience with risk management frameworks and standards, including NIST CSF 2.0 and CRI Profile
- Five (5) or more years of information technology experience including senior-level management responsibilities and strategic planning and execution.
- Experience with implementation of information technology integrations in a large division/ organization.
- Experience with Cybersecurity
