Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of Fintech applications and platforms.
• Ensure robust cybersecurity measures and compliance with UAE financial regulations.
• Lead cloud infrastructure management, ensuring high availability and scalability.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology investments.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Ensure data security, governance, and compliance with PCI DSS, GDPR, and UAE financial laws
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and compliance, to support business growth.
• Implement best practices in DevOps, AI, blockchain, and emerging Fintech technologies
• Build and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT leadership within a Fintech company in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of banking APIs, payment gateways, blockchain, and digital wallets
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
• Experience with cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance
• Proven ability to lead IT strategy, budgeting, and large-scale technology projects
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and automation in financial services is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
