Department : IT | Location : Luxembourg | Contract : Permanent | Job Requisition N° 19310

As an IT Digital Workplace Expert, you will help shape and operate Creos’ modern workplace environment. Working mainly with Microsoft technologies, you will contribute to secure, efficient and user-centric solutions that enhance employee productivity and support our digital transformation.

Your tasks


· You implement, manage and continuously improve the Digital Workplace & Employee Experience vision, enabling secure employee mobility (anywhere, anytime, anyhow) in compliance with regulatory and security requirements.
· You drive change on Digital Workplace initiatives and projects, ensuring adoption of new technologies and delivering tangible improvements.
· You are responsible for writing and maintaining technical documentation and operational procedures, as well as user-oriented deliverables.
· You monitor the deployed solutions, particularly regarding security and compliance, as well as the associated contracts and licences.
· You support and work closely with all other Creos IT departments.
· You standardise and automate processes to enable delegation of activities and better serve users.
· You support internal business teams in their evolving needs and make proposals to improve the user experience of the solutions you manage.
· You contribute to the design and the improvement of the technology infrastructure, in collaboration with Creos IT teams regarding their strategies, needs and requirements.
· You act as a technical expert to IT leadership, supporting strategic decisions.
· You act as an escalation point for incidents and problems, ensuring efficient incident management and root cause analysis, and actively participate in the 24/7 on-call duty, BCP and DRP organization.

Your profile


· University Degree, or equivalent, in Information Technology, Computer Sciences or a related field.
· Proven experience of minimum 10 years in a similar function, preferably in a large enterprise or complex IT environment.
· Strong experience designing and managing large-scale endpoint environments (1000+ users) and corporate Windows deployments.
· In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Digital Workplace ecosystem, including:
o Windows enterprise endpoint environments (i.e.: hybrid / Entra ID only, Autopilot), as well as iPadOS/iOS.
o Microsoft Intune and MECM including Co-Management and CMG.
o OS deployment and lifecycle management (imaging, automated deployment, updates).
o Microsoft Entra ID including Conditional Access, MFA and identity governance.
o Endpoint security and hardening (i.e.: Microsoft Defender, WDAC, AppLocker, CIS baseline, Intune EPM).
o Microsoft 365 administration and security.
· Strong expertise in:
o PowerShell scripting, automation tools, and Microsoft/Azure cloud integrations such as Microsoft Graph and Azure Logic Apps.
o Application packaging and enterprise deployment tools.
o Implementing Zero Trust security principles and enterprise security frameworks.
· Knowledge of the following is an advantage:
o Azure VDI (Azure Virtual desktop and/or Windows 365).
o MacOS and Linux endpoint management.
· Active certifications pertaining to the technologies listed above are considered a plus.
· You are proactive, curious and solution-oriented, with good analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of topics while paying attention to detail.
· You have strong communication and collaboration skills and are comfortable working with different stakeholders, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to various audiences (end-users, IT teams and C-level).
· You have highly effective verbal and written communication skills in French and English. The knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish is considered an asset.
