We are looking for an IT Digital Platforms Architect to support key enterprise digital initiatives, including CRM–ERP integration, IoT platform consolidation, and customer-facing digital platforms. The role involves translating business and platform strategy into pragmatic, scalable solution architectures while guiding delivery teams across multiple projects, combining hands-on design, coordination, and technical leadership.

Key activities and responsibilities of the role include:

• Design end-to-end solution architectures across, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, SAP (ECC / S4), IoT platforms and customer-facing portals
• Define integration patterns (APIs, events, middleware) between enterprise systems
• Contribute to target-state platform architecture and roadmap
• Ensure solutions align with cloud, security, and data standards
• Support CRM ↔ SAP integration initiatives
• Contribute to the consolidation of two IoT platforms, including data flows and platform capabilities
• Support evaluation of build vs buy vs lease options for customer portals
• Ensure customer portal integrates seamlessly with CRM, SAP, and IoT data
• Work with product owners, delivery teams, and vendors to guide implementation
• Review solution designs and technical decisions
• Identify and mitigate architectural and integration risks early
• Support technical decision-making during delivery phases
• Act as a technical bridge between, business stakeholders, IT teams (Cloud, Security, and Data Management), external vendors and system integrators
• Communicate architecture decisions clearly to non-technical audiences

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field. MSc. is considered a plus
• 3–5 years of experience in solution architecture, technical leadership, or senior engineering roles
• Experience working on enterprise digital platforms or large-scale IT projects
• Exposure to CRM, ERP, or IoT platforms in a corporate environment
• Solid understanding of API-based integrations (REST, event-driven concepts), Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS), identity and access management concepts
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SAP integration
• Experience in IoT platforms or data pipelines is a plus
• Ability to produce clear architecture diagrams and documentation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal knowledge of English. Knowledge of an additional language is a plus
• Availability to travel as required
