IT Developer - SAP BW Backend

• Responsible for designing, building and deploying reporting solutions. This includes dashboards, data transformation, and integration of data sources.
• Support BI team in solving Application Management Services issues for BI solutions.
• Execute implementation of BI strategy for South America business units, which includes supporting global BI team in system and database architecture
• Leading and executing South America BI projects and communicating directly with South America management teams.
• South America and global project portfolio management, tracking and reporting.
• Define, communicate and manage business intelligence platform policies and procedures.
• Being point of contact for technical activities for the South America business key users.
• Support & solve Application Management Services with issues for BI solutions.
• Write, communicate and manage business intelligence platform policies and procedures

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for designing, building and deploying reporting solutions
• Supporting Application Management Services for the BI solution
• Define & implement standard policies, procedures, methods and controls for South America business intelligence work processes and data flows.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and developments in the fields of business intelligence, planning, analytics and big data.
• Develop improvement and innovation projects/programs for BI & Planning solutions and platforms
• extensive experience in data models of SAP ERP and SAP BW or BW/4HANA
• understanding of Frontend tools like SAP Analytic Cloud or Microsoft Power BI.

Requirements:

• Advanced degree in information systems, engineering, computer science, (or related discipline) or a business degree combined with appropriate technical skills;
• Experience in developing front end solutions, preferable in SAP Analytic Cloud or Power BI;
• Experience using modelling tools especially in the context of SAP BW or BW/4HANA;
