Job Description

• Analyze existing workflows in the current OA system and propose optimized designs based on business requirements.
• Redevelop and migrate legacy workflows to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI if required).
• Design and develop new workflows, applications, or automations in response to changing business needs during the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and internal IT to clarify requirements and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
• Deliver project outputs according to agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.
• Provide clear and structured technical and functional documentation for all developed solutions, ensuring maintainability and knowledge transfer.
• Support testing, user acceptance, and deployment activities.
• Optimize application logic, configurations, and code within the Microsoft Power Platform to improve performance, efficiency, and reliability of delivered solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort through automation and standardization.
