We are seeking a leader with deep expertise in demand management and strategic workforce planning, strong analytical capability, and the confidence to operate at senior level in a complex, multi-team environment.

  • Translate demand data into meaningful management information, enabling evidence-based prioritisation and strategic decision-making across IT
  • Shape forward-looking workforce planning in partnership with IT Leadership, aligning future capability, capacity and succession planning to evolving demand
  • Establish scalable governance and tooling (including ServiceNow SPM) to create a sustainable, enterprise-level demand and resourcing model
  • Operate as a diplomatic, credible senior influencer, comfortable managing upwards and navigating challenging stakeholder conversations to reach consensus
  • Experience with ServiceNow SPM
  • Degree educated with ITIL Foundation certification; advanced portfolio or programme management credentials desirable
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-wide IT demand and workforce planning, shaping governance frameworks that inform long-term investment and resource decisions
  • Extensive experience managing complex IT portfolios, influencing prioritisation, funding and resource allocation to align with organisational strategy
  • Strong analytical capability, using demand and workforce data to drive strategic planning, cost optimisation and risk mitigation at senior level
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, securing alignment on demand and workforce priorities
  • Deep experience in strategic workforce planning and capacity management, ensuring capability and resource models support evolving business needs
