About this role

We are seeking an individual to lead the end-to-end IT delivery of innovative technology initiatives within our Office IT function. This role focuses on the implementation and roll-out of solutions such as robotics, automation, artificial intelligence, and other shared service tools across an international, matrix environment. The role is accountable for ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards, supporting VOIS growth and transformation objectives.

What you’ll do

Manage the full IT delivery lifecycle for complex implementation and roll-out projects, from requirements definition and feasibility assessment through to deployment and transition into operations. Act as the single point of contact for IT delivery, ensuring alignment across solution design, data, integration, connectivity, access, testing, and deployment. Deliver projects in line with committed timelines, budgets, and quality expectations, providing accurate progress reporting to business and technology stakeholders. Identify, track, and manage interdependencies, risks, and issues across multiple projects and teams, ensuring appropriate mitigation actions are in place. Collaborate with internal matrix teams and external partners across multiple geographies to ensure effective delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Who you are

You bring strong experience in end-to-end IT delivery across multiple, complex projects in an international environment.
You have hands-on experience with integration initiatives covering applications, data, testing, infrastructure, and deployment.
You are comfortable working in dynamic, high-uncertainty environments and adapting delivery approaches as needed.
You communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
You have typically built around five or more years of experience delivering IT projects, with project management certification (such as PRINCE2) considered beneficial but not essential.
