T Delivery Manager – Oracle Fusion (Americas)

Location: Pune, India
Experience: 15–20 years

We are seeking a seasoned IT Delivery Manager – Oracle Fusion (Americas) to lead end-to-end delivery, stabilization, and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion ERP solutions supporting our Americas business units. Based in India, this role will serve as a key connector across global stakeholders, driving seamless execution in a distributed, onshore/offshore delivery model

The ideal candidate brings deep delivery expertise, strong program leadership experience, and a proven ability to manage large ($10M+), complex programs across multiple vendor teams and geographies

Key Responsibilities

- Accountable for the IT services and investments for a business unit or business function that has regional or country-level scope
- Accountable for approximately 1% of total JCI enterprise annual IT operating cost and investment spend

Program & Delivery Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion ERP programs, enhancements, and support initiatives for Americas business units

  • Drive planning, execution, governance, and reporting for large-scale, multi-year transformation programs

  • Ensure delivery predictability across scope, schedule, budget, and quality

Global Delivery Model Execution

  • Operate and optimize a global delivery model with distributed teams across onshore (Americas) and offshore (India and other regions)

  • Ensure effective coordination, communication, and handoffs across time zones

  • Establish scalable delivery frameworks, governance cadence, and reporting structures

Vendor & Partner Management

  • Manage multiple system integrators and vendor teams, ensuring alignment to program goals and delivery standards

  • Drive vendor accountability through well-defined KPIs, SLAs, and performance reviews

  • Oversee contract adherence, issue resolution, and escalation management across partners

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner closely with senior business leaders in Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations across the Americas

  • Act as a trusted IT advisor, aligning business priorities with technology strategy and delivery execution

  • Provide proactive communication on program status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies

Oracle Fusion Expertise

  • Oversee implementation, rollout, and production support of Oracle Fusion modules (Finance, SCM, Procurement, etc.)

  • Ensure robust solution design, integrations, and data governance practices

  • Promote adoption of standard processes and minimize customizations where possible

Operations & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead stabilization and ongoing support for Oracle Fusion applications post-implementation

  • Define and track KPIs, SLAs, and service metrics to ensure operational excellence

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and process optimization

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor globally distributed teams, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture

  • Provide direction, coaching, and career development opportunities for team members

  • Build strong engagement across cross-functional and cross-cultural teams

Qualifications

  • 15–20 years of IT experience with significant tenure in ERP program/delivery leadership roles

  • Proven experience leading Oracle Fusion ERP implementations, rollouts, and support at scale

  • Strong experience managing global delivery models with onshore/offshore teams

  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple vendors/system integrators in complex environments

  • Strong functional understanding of Finance and/or Supply Chain domains

  • Experience working with global stakeholders, particularly in the Americas region

  • Solid program management expertise across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
