POSITION DETAILS:
We’re looking for an IT Delivery Manager to join our Business Applications team. In this role, you’ll lead the delivery of key technology initiatives that support our operations and ultimately help us better serve children and families.
You’ll partner closely with business leaders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, aligned to business needs, and set up for long-term success.
What you will do:
Lead the delivery of IT projects and enhancements within the Business Applications team, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards
Partner with business analysts and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success measures
Coordinate internal teams, development partners, and vendors to manage project workstreams and dependencies
Oversee project lifecycle activities, including planning, requirements validation, testing coordination, implementation, and post-go-live support
Monitor project risks and issues, escalate as appropriate, and support mitigation planning
Facilitate Agile events, including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to maintain delivery momentum and team alignment

SALARY RANGE:
