Job Description

KRA 1: Functional/Technical Expertise

  1. Execute Commercialization Change Orders (CCOs) in Oracle E-Business Suite (Alice) ensuring timely completion based on defined service level targets.
  2. Review CCB Attachment Report status in Oracle PD Cloud to confirm successful integration with EBS Alice.
  3. Download VRT CCO Tasks – All Details report in Oracle EBS Alice
  4. Validate User Item Types using the VRT Item Completeness Details Report.
  5. Populate the required planning attributions per item referencing to Cyberplan and/or planner matrix per inventory organization(s)
  6. Initiate an email to the appropriate stakeholders outlining the CCO bottlenecks and blockers.
  7. Run the Item Completeness report to verify ERP and PLM score of each item on the CCO.
  8. Perform Cost Rollups and standard cost setup for manufactured goods.
  9. Perform quality checks on transactions to ensure data accuracy.
  10. Complete CCO Enrichment activities, ensuring required attributes are populated prior to release.
  11. Participate to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to reduce manual interventions in BOM and item maintenance processes.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and PLM) to streamline Commercialization Change Order (CCO) processes and reduce cycle times.

MAKE ITEMS:

  1. Verify the BOM PD and EBS Comparison Report to ensure that the redline changes have been pushed to the EBS Alice Inventory organization(s) where the item is assigned, checking each organization if the item is assigned to multiple inventory orgs.
  2. Set items to Item status of Active once item completeness report shows a passing score.
  3. Loads production BOMs into the ERP system (Oracle E-Business Suite “Alice”) and applies manual BOM corrections when necessary for NPD and sustaining changes.
  4. Process Special Feature Authorizations (SFA) on-hold report released by Applications Engineering
  5. Serve as a liaison between Applications Engineering and Manufacturing to ensure smooth execution of Special Feature
  6. Authorizations (SFAs) and system kit deployments.
  7. Configure routing sequence numbers per item for the relevant services organization(s), as required.

KRA 2: Stakeholder and Supplier Management

  1. Helps address customer basic questions and issues, providing clear guidance and aiming to resolve concerns efficiently.
  2. Identify CCO blockers and notify appropriate stakeholders through documented escalation.
  3. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accurate item setup for planning/costing attributes, securing required approvals prior to execution.
  4. Completes workload on time. Monitors if Commercialization Change Orders are processed in a timely manner.
  5. Follows standard operating procedures and seeks guidance on non-routine issues to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.

KRA 3: Internal Communication

  1. Provide assistance in the compilation and delivery of reports and visual summaries to support team and management updates.
  2. Collaborate on workload and projects with the team in cooperation with senior members and/or immediate superior
  3. Participate in team meetings, huddles, and information-sharing sessions to stay informed on work priorities and process updates.
  4. Share with the team on best practices, lessons learned, process and product updates during team huddles/meetings
  5. Coordinate with Design/Manufacturing/NPI engineers regarding correct item set up for PLM Systems (Oracle PD Cloud) and ERP Systems (Oracle EBS “Alice” and Item Workbench) integration.

KRA 4: Continuous Improvement

  1. Supports continuous improvement efforts by identifying issues and sharing suggestions for process enhancements.
  2. Completes individual development plan and implements agreed training/development activities.
  3. Support projects related to continuous improvement aligned to Vertiv Operating System.
  4. Performs quality checks and provides quality feedback to peers.
  5. Supports continuous improvement initiatives led by senior team members by assisting in efforts to reduce manual interventions in BOM and item maintenance processes, as well as maintaining approved updates to work instructions within the Vertiv Documentation Library.
  6. Assist and collaborate with senior team members in the development of best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support improvements and contribute to overall organizational efficiency.
  7. Perform assigned tasks accurately and within established service level agreements (SLAs) while maintaining data quality.
  8. Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to support daily operational activities.

KRA 5: Team Support and Development

  1. Actively contribute to team tasks and projects by completing assigned responsibilities on time and with attention to detail, ensuring smooth workflow and meeting team goals.
