BXP Overview
BXP maintains a robust portfolio of business applications and systems supporting both its enterprise and building operations across the United States. This internship will expose the successful candidate to various data tools and reporting platforms, such as Power BI and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), that provide key information and actionable insights to the BXP business. This role interacts with other members of the Information Services (IS) team and with business partners based on the nature of their assigned project.
Primary Purpose of Position
The IT Data Services Intern will work with both the Application Data Services and Applications teams to build and enhance various reports and dashboards using data from BXP’s in-house and 3rd party SaaS applications. This will include opportunities to work with business partners through requirements gathering sessions and report validation exercises. This role may also assist with application development work, such as writing specifications or testing software.

Reporting Structure
This position reports to the Vice President, Application Development & Data Services who provides supervision and guidance, and coordinates, evaluates, and monitors work performance on a periodic basis.

Salary Range
$23.00- $26.00 per hour. BXP offers a competitive total rewards package including base salary and annual discretionary bonus. The range represents expected base salary; compensation will be determined based on role, skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related factors.
