ThrustMe is a deep-tech scale-up in the space industry, developing and manufacturing innovative electric propulsion systems for satellites. Once a satellite is in orbit, our technologies allow it to move with purpose, reliably, sustainably and at scale.

As ThrustMe enters a new phase of industrial growth, we are scaling our production capabilities, expanding our teams and preparing a new industrial site bringing together R&D, engineering, testing, quality and production.

We are looking for an IT & Cybersecurity Manager (M/F) to build the secure and scalable IT infrastructure and information systems that will support ThrustMe's next stage of growth.

You will take ownership of our IT infrastructure and cybersecurity while progressively developing the architecture connecting our business and industrial activities from procurement and inventory to production, testing, quality, delivery and product traceability.

You will combine technical expertise, architecture and hands-on implementation, working closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance and People teams.

Your Responsibilities

• Define and implement ThrustMe's IT & Cybersecurity roadmap, building a secure and scalable architecture supporting the company's industrial and organisational growth.
• Own cybersecurity and IT infrastructure, including networks, cloud and on-premise systems, identity and access management, endpoints, backups, disaster recovery, network segmentation and IT/OT security.
• Lead the IT infrastructure deployment of our new industrial site, covering corporate, R&D, laboratory and production environments and their secure interconnection.
• Develop ThrustMe's industrial information-system architecture, connecting ERP/MRP, inventory, production, PLM/PDM, testing, quality and other business systems to enable reliable workflows and end-to-end product traceability.
• Build and manage the IT function, managing external IT and cybersecurity providers, establishing appropriate governance and security practices, and progressively developing the internal capabilities required as ThrustMe grows.

Your profile:

• 5–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity or information systems, with demonstrated responsibility for designing and implementing IT architectures and security solutions.
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, ideally aerospace, defence, automotive, electronics, medical devices or another high-reliability industry.
• Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud/on-premise environments, identity and access management, endpoint management, backup and cybersecurity.
• Understanding of industrial IT/OT environments and the cybersecurity challenges associated with production, laboratory and test equipment.
• Exposure to business and industrial systems such as ERP/MRP, MES, PLM/PDM or QMS, and an understanding of how these systems interact.
• Experience working with and managing external IT, infrastructure or cybersecurity providers.
• Ability to translate operational needs into pragmatic, secure and scalable technical solutions.
• Professional working proficiency in French and English.

Previous experience managing a large team is not required. We are looking for someone who has demonstrated technical ownership, autonomy and leadership and is ready to progressively build a function.
