Job Description

Roles and Responsibilites 
- The Intern will play a key role in supporting the technical service team by assisting customers with electronic device issues, troubleshooting hardware and so ware problem, and ensuring high-quality repair. This internship provides hands-on experience in IT support, customer service and  processes.
Learning Outcomes & ObjectivesSoft Skills: Gain strong customer service and communication skills by interacting with customers and explaining technical issues clearly. Improve problem-solving, me management, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. 
Technical Skills: Learn hands-on computer hardware assembly/disassembly, so ware troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair techniques. Develop proficiency in testing, quality check, and documentation of repair processes.
