We are looking for an IT CRM Technical Lead who is collaborative, innovative and solution-oriented based in our HQ office in Brussels, Belgium.
As an IT CRM Technical Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our global customer engagement technology ecosystem. You will lead the architecture and evolution of our customer relationship management platform while supporting a major transformation to next-generation technologies. Working at the intersection of business, data, digital engagement, and artificial intelligence, you will help create secure, scalable, and data-driven solutions that enable better engagement with healthcare professionals and ultimately support improved patient outcomes.
You will be working in a team that partners closely with commercial, medical, marketing, data, and digital technology colleagues worldwide. You will collaborate with product owners, enterprise architects, data specialists, artificial intelligence experts, external technology partners, and delivery teams. Together, you will drive innovation, ensure platform excellence, and deliver technology solutions that support global business priorities.
