JOB PURPOSE
The Junior IT CRM Specialist will support the IT CRM Manager in the daily operational management and continuous evolution of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related custom web applications.
The role will involve activities such as operational support, structured analysis, and internal delivery follow-up.
The position requires organizational skills, analytical mindset, and the ability to work closely alongside the IT CRM Manager within a structured enterprise IT environment.
The resource will operate as an operational support to the IT CRM Manager, helping monitor ongoing activities, organize internal tasks, and ensure proper follow-up with development teams and system integrators.
RESPONSIBILITIES
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
Degree in Computer Science or similar is a must.
Basic knowledge of CRM processes (Sales and/or Customer Service)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of SQL
Familiarity with Agile methodology
Experience in CRM or enterprise application environments
Introductory knowledge of Azure
Experience working with system integrators
Front-end development knowledge in: Vue.js and/or React, JavaScript (ES6+),HTML5 / CSS3
Understanding of Dataverse and Power Platform (Power Automate / Power Apps – basic level)
Understanding of REST APIs and system integrations
Knowledge of relational data models
