We are looking for an IT Coordinator who will play a vital role in supporting the hotel’s information technology systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and maintaining compliance with IHG’s IT standards and security policies.

A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different at IHG, but you’ll mostly be:

• Providing first-level support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Assisting in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and applications.
• Monitoring system performance and ensuring proper backup, recovery, and data security procedures.
• Supporting colleagues with troubleshooting IT problems and providing user training when needed.
• Ensuring compliance with IHG IT policies, standards, and information security protocols.
• Coordinating with external vendors and service providers for IT support and maintenance.
• Assisting in the implementation of new systems, upgrades, and technology projects.
• Maintaining IT inventory, licenses, and documentation.
• Supporting hotel operations by ensuring reliable system availability (PMS, POS, email, internet, etc.).
• Responding to urgent IT-related issues and providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.

What we need from you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in IT support, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera PMS, Micros POS, and Sun Systems is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Understanding of networking, servers, and IT security protocols.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Windows-based applications.
• Fluent in the English language.
