Key Responsibilities

  • Manage your systems: Support hotel technology operations, directing daily maintenance, infrastructure uptime, and service execution to the highest standard.
  • Deliver technical excellence: Emphasize details like a "Luxury Mindset," proactive "Problem-Solving," and the ability to operate effectively in a "Multinational Environment."
  • Guide and mentor: Support your IT manager and departments, fostering a collaborative learning environment and upholding Kempinski’s operational IT standards.
  • Maintain security & reliability: Focus on robust system maintenance, cyber security compliance, and driving staff efficiency through seamless, secure technology solutions.

Competencies

  • A degree or industry-recognized certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • A genuine drive to leverage technology to enhance the guest experience and streamline hotel operations.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of professional experience in an IT infrastructure, support, or administration role, ideally within hospitality or similar fast-paced setting.
  • Commitment to IT security, data privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR/PCI-DSS).
  • Self-starting, responsible, committed way of working with a high sense of ownership.
  • Open and engaging personality with an excellent eye for detail.
  • Team-oriented working style
  • Good knowledge of English, knowledge of Latvian and Russian is beneficial.
  • EU work eligibility (EU passport or an existing Latvian work visa).
