Job Description

Porsche Ukraine LLC, a subsidiary of Porsche Holding Salzburg, is an importer of Volkswagen, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Audi, SEAT and CUPRA brands. The company imports cars and spare parts to Ukraine, sells products of the Group's brands and provides warranty and service services through an authorised dealer network in accordance with international Volkswagen standards.

Possible Tasks within this Role

  • Coordinating collaboration between the dealer network, internal IT teams and external contractors.
  • Managing dependencies between systems (DMS, CRM, ERP, API integrations), tracking deadlines, blockers and escalations.
  • Organising the process of gathering requirements, setting tasks and monitoring their completion.
  • Formalization of business requirements (task descriptions, acceptance criteria, Definition of Done), communicating with the business to clarify needs and translate them into clear tasks for IT.
  • Areas of responsibility include new car sales systems, used car sales systems, logistics processes (delivery, warehousing, vehicle statuses) and homologation processes.

Qualification requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience in roles such as IT Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Delivery or similar.
  • Experience as a Business Analyst is desirable.
  • Experience working with system integrations and multiple stakeholders is essential.
  • A basic technical understanding of APIs (REST), system integration principles and client-server architecture.
  • Experience working with Jira, Confluence or similar tools.
  • Understanding of sales and logistics business processes.
  • Experience in the automotive sector would be a significant advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, the ability to manage priorities and resolve conflicts, a structured approach, and proactivity.
