Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation and coordination IT Engineers schedules for on-site/ outsource/ inhouse projects & backfills purpose on daily basis
• Manage interns schedules for deployment
• Liaising with Sales Department & IT Department closely on after sales matters
• Good communication skills with customer service attitude
• Handle incoming calls and enquires from corporate customers
• Answer email correspondence in a prompt and efficient manner
• Maintain service items inventory control
• Maintain proper records for billing purpose
• Maintain neat and timely update on the service form inputs to our system
• Preferably with IT knowledge
• Any ad hoc requirements by the Manager

Job Requirements

• Possess good communications skills
• At least 2 years of IT coordination experience
• Have experience in planning schedules for onsite engineers would be preferred
• Able to work independently and is decisive
