Tired of shipping code that becomes someone else's problem the moment it hits production?

We're looking for a software developer with a DevOps mindset — someone who wants to build things that hold up in production and have a real voice in technical decisions. In today's IT landscape, teams that can own a service end-to-end — from writing the code to deploying, monitoring and operating it in production — are increasingly rare and increasingly valuable. Our dedicated engineering team is responsible for the design, build, and operations of cloud-native services, from backend development through CI/CD, containerization and orchestration, on modern cloud platforms.

Tech stack

You don't have to know everything, but most of this should look familiar:

• Backend development experience (Java with Spring Boot preferred)
• Frontend development experience is a plus (JavaScript, TypeScript)
• CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
• Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Crossplane)
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Interest in business workflow automation and orchestration — you'll work with BPMN 2.0 and Camunda in real scenarios

How you work

• You speak like a Consultant and play as part of a tech team – you pro-actively propose solutions, outlining pros and cons and supporting the clients' decision making process. You comfortably manage evolving client requirements and navigate the technical conversation towards practical solutions. You have no issue helping a teammate who's stuck instead of letting issues sit and grow in silence.
• You think in automation, not in "clicking around" – when something repeats, your instinct is to turn it into a script or a pipeline step instead of relying on manual procedures.
• You have a production mindset – you care about how the system behaves in production; if you see strange behavior or risk, you raise it early and help find a sustainable fix, not just a quick patch.
• You own things end-to-end – combining backend development with a DevOps mindset is no longer a "nice to have"; it's what lets you take a feature from code to production and be accountable for how it actually runs, without waiting on handoffs between teams.
