As an IT Consultant (m/f/d) with a focus on Finance & Controlling, you will drive the optimization and digitalization of key processes. You will serve as the central point of contact for process-related topics, collaborate closely with business departments and IT, and ensure an efficient, future-oriented process landscape.

• Continuous development, documentation, and optimization of processes in Finance & Controlling
• Responsibility for developing a new concept for profit and loss accounting
• Alignment of business processes with the respective departments
• Responsibility for IT projects, change requests, and functional testing within Finance & Controlling
• Conducting training sessions and supporting 2nd-level user support
• Close collaboration with key users in departments and subsidiaries as well as IT to ensure up-to-date and efficient processes

Qualifications

• Completed degree with a focus on Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in Finance & Controlling and process management
• Knowledge of SAP FI/CO
• Experience in designing, documenting, and supporting processes
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Solution-oriented, independent, and structured way of working
• Strong analytical thinking skills and assertiveness

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 3.800 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring. That’s why we take the time to determine your actual gross salary individually and are happy to offer a higher pay in recognition of your qualifications.
