Title: IT Consultant

Our client is a market leader in Decorative Paints and Protective Coatings in Cambodia, offering innovative and high-quality products. The role involves providing daily IT support to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency by addressing IT-related matters and incidents via Caretaker SMAX. This position is based in Phnom Penh and reports directly to the Finance Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support by troubleshooting systems/software and assisting end-users with tickets and training.
• Stay updated on tech developments, recommend solutions, and ensure optimized use of technology.
• Coordinate with IT vendors for system installations and troubleshooting.
• Ensure maintenance contracts, licenses, and compliance reviews are up-to-date.
• Manage incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution per service levels.
• Drive digital transformation through training, solution integration, and business engagement.
• Offer 2nd-level IT support to emerging markets, ensuring efficient issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree, ITIL Foundation, and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ITIL Foundation, and strong English communication skills.
