Budget Not over than 60,000 THB

Working hours Monday Friday at 9.00 a.m. 6.00 p.m. (WFH 2 days per week on Tue & Thu)

Location BTS Mo Chit - Good Space

Interview process 1 round (HR team and Department Team)

Responsibilities :

• Plan the project
• Define the scope of the project.
• Attend to customer on project related tasks.
• Manager project plan, scope, resource, time, schedule, and all project related activity or tasks.
• Review and resolve issues arise from projects.
• Staff the project
• Manage team and resource for project according to company standard and practice.
• Ensure that personnel files are properly maintained and kept confidential.
• Ensure that all project personnel receive an appropriate orientation to the organization and the project.
• Manage, lead, and taking care of team members.
• Implement the project
• Execute the project according to the project plan.
• Record and keep track of projects activity and progress.
• Make sure all project information are well documented and secure.
• Keep close communicate with customer in all aspects in regard to the project.
• Establish regular communicate with customer on all info and task related to projects.
• Make sure project is well completed on time and with expected quality.
• Review the quality of project deliverable such as report, documentation, and results.
• Control the project
• Monitor project manpower and resources.
• Monitor project costing.
• Ensure that all financial records for the project are up to date.
• Evaluate the project
• Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.
• Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase.

Qualifications :

• University Degree in a related subject
• 3 years experience
• Thai Candidate
• Knowledge of project management.
• Knowledge of information technology concepts and processes.
• Able to prepare and review proposal and project costing (Internal and External Factor)
• Able to present and demonstrate services of department
• Knowledge in IT Compliance filed such as ISO27001/ISMS, PCI-DSS, PDPA, Internal IT Audit, or other.
• Overall knowledge in IT Security field such as security assessment, security project, etc.
• Proficiency in the use of computers for: MS Office, E-mail, Internet, Collaboration Tools.
• Good command of Thai and English.
• Having the demonstrate competence in some or all of the following : Behave Ethically, Positive Mindset, Communicate Effectively (Speaking, Listening, Writing), Creativity/Innovation towards operation and work flow, Teamwork, Leadership in a positive manner, good decision making, good organization and planning mindset., Problem Solving Skill, Presentation Skill.
• Experience Manage and Planning in IT Compliance and Auditing field such as ISO27001ISMS, PCI-DSS, PDPA, and other related IT Governance.
• Project Managers usually work in an office environment but the purpose of the project may sometimes take them to non-standard workplaces.
• Project Managers work a standard work week but may be required to work some evenings and weekends to meet project milestones
