Sonic Healthcare USA is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Commercial Analyst to support the financial, operational, and vendor management functions of our IT organization. This role plays a critical part in managing technology investments, procurement activities, contract administration, financial reporting, and vendor relationships that enable the successful delivery of IT initiatives across the enterprise.

Location: Dallas, TX (preferred)
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
Full-time: Benefit Eligible

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate IT capital expenditure (CapEx) requests, budget tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Manage purchase orders, vendor onboarding, invoice reconciliation, and procurement activities.
  • Support vendor governance through contract management, renewals, performance reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Maintain and track IT contracts, commercial terms, and compliance requirements.
  • Assist with labor capitalization reporting, project financial tracking, and portfolio reporting.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and help optimize IT spending.
  • Partner with IT, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Procurement, and external vendors to improve operational efficiency and financial transparency.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience managing purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and vendor relationships.
  • Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, project coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
