Job Title: Cloud Applications Specialist – Level II

Location: Mesico City, Mexico

The Cloud Applications Specialist installs and maintains cloud-based applications, systems, and associated infrastructures to support business operations and technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and define business requirements to determine specifications and standards; propose and develop effective solutions.
• Deploy and oversee integration of web-based applications, ensuring compliance with information security standards
• Maintain security audit records, including reports and logs.
• Monitor system uptime and performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve errors efficiently.
• Stay informed of emerging cloud technologies and evaluate their potential impact on organizational operations.
• Requires experience with one or more cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Experience & Education

• Performs work under general supervision
• Handles moderately complex issues and refers more advanced problems to senior staff.
• Possesses solid working knowledge of cloud systems and applications.
• May provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to junior team members.
• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
