The Cloud Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure and services. The employee will have a strong background in cloud platforms, system architecture, and an ability to work collaboratively across various teams.
Essential qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Software engineering
0-1 years of knowledge in S/W Engineering, Scripting & Systems / Infrastructure
Key competencies
Experienced in Cloud Technology Stacks
Operating System: Windows Server 2016+ or a recent Linux Distribution
Cloud Technology concepts – IaaS, PaaS etc.
Database Concepts
IaC – Terraform and Salt etc.
A strong proficiency in at least one of the following Python, YAML, Windows, Linux, Json & PowerShell, bash
Nice to Have Skills
Understanding of CI/CD tools preferably Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins or others.
Understanding of an iterative Agile methodology

Ability to debug, optimize code, and automate routine tasks.

Azure Fundamentals, Azure Developer or GCP Developer Certifications will be a plus.
