Job Description

At Greenvolt, we're accelerating digital transformation across our international business. We are looking for an IT Change Management Specialist to join our IT Transformation team and play a key role in driving the successful adoption of new technologies, systems, and ways of working across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the definition and execution of Change Management strategies for IT and digital transformation projects.
  • Assess the organizational impact of new systems, processes, tools, and ways of working.
  • Design and implement communication plans, training strategies, and adoption initiatives.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement activities to foster alignment, sponsorship, and commitment to change.
  • Identify and address resistance to change while promoting sustainable adoption.
  • Support business teams throughout technology implementation and transition processes.
  • Establish and coordinate Change Champion and Key User networks.
  • Contribute to readiness, go-live, hypercare, and post-implementation activities.
  • Define and monitor adoption KPIs, measuring engagement, proficiency, usage, and satisfaction.
  • Gather feedback and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with IT, HR, Communications, business stakeholders, and external partners.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, ideally within digital transformation environments.
  • Proven experience delivering change initiatives across the full project lifecycle.
  • Experience supporting the adoption of enterprise technologies such as Microsoft 365, Copilot, ERP, CRM, workflow automation, or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Change Management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actions.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in multinational environments.
  • Prosci ADKAR Certification or equivalent.
  • Certifications in Change Management, Project Management, Agile, or Scrum.
