Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or information technology
  • 5+ years of experience in IT, Operations, Business Process Improvements, Business Consulting, Project Management
  • Previous experience in manufacturing preferred

Some Responsibilities Include:

  • Administer business systems to ensure stability, integrity, and efficient operations within a manufacturing setting
  • Propose and implement configurations for new or existing software systems to meet business requirements
  • Develop and administer IT standards based upon industry best practices and business requirements
  • Develop, analyze, and implement new, and/or administer current, IT systems
  • Recommend and administer the data governance model and assist with developing the data strategy
  • Lead the development and execution of various test plans, as well as overall system quality assurance; establish testing standards for validated systems
  • Lead communication plans; provide timely dissemination of communications for system changes; determine support and resource requirements associated with each change
  • Develop and maintain business requirements and system documentation
  • Maintain awareness of accessibility, compliance, security polices and guidelines
  • Build processes that support the growth of the company by simplifying, streamlining, and automating business operations—whether within a team or across multiple teams
  • Work with business and technology stakeholders to ensure the platform is configured and operates as an effective and efficient system
  • Utilize your knowledge and understanding of operational processes (physical tasks) to recommend changes—simple or complex—to the systems to drive accuracy and efficiency
  • Perform hands-on work in configuration, scripting, programming, integrations, and report writing to support data analysis needs/requests within the company
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues and/or escalations
  • Manage and update SQL queries as needed per business requirements

  • Collaborate with cross functional team members to understand organizational and operational challenges and develop solutions
  • Analytical Thinker with a passion for efficiency
  • Excellent communications skills (both verbal and written)
  • Remain up to date on various IT topics and technologies
  • Results driven but remains flexible and able to adapt to change
