About the Role

As a Business Solutions Analyst –WTM, you will support the Business Solution Lead in the transformation of business processesinvolving both warehousing and transportationand maximize the value from the technology solutionsthatenablethose processes(SAP S4, EWM, WM,ECC, others) You will be responsible for partnering closely with business stakeholders to understand in-efficiencies and challenges in a given business process and work to develop technical solutions on SAP and other platforms.

This will be accomplished bygathering detailed business requirements, improving endtoend business processes, and ensuring the successful deployment ofsystem changes that affect day-to-day operations, SAP S4HANAintegrations,and other related applicationsthat are needed to run or transform the business.You will play a key role in system testing, data migration, user training, and postimplementation stabilization to ensure smooth business operationsforallprocess changes orsystemintegrations.

Main responsibilities:

  • S4 HANA, EWM,andother applications: Assessing business needs via business process analysis, collaboration, and observation. Collaborating with the IT teamand business usersto offer technical solutions and resolve issues. Transform and support advanced business functions and requirements into design. Documenting SAP/application processes and preparing progress reports

  • Solution Testing:Execute testing in respective areas to ensure proper design preparation forprocess changes and implementationsCooperatewithand support local teamduring all UAT.

  • Data Migration:Participating in data construction files preparation. Validated and approved pre and post load validation files with cooperation with the business users.

  • Training: Create trainingdocumentation and deliverin persontraining(when needed) toend users for all process changesand transactions in respective areasandwhen implementing S4/EWM integrations.

  • Support duringsystems/applicationschanges and S4 integrations:Provide in person support for implementation Go Lives and Hyper care. Expected to be knowledgeable of the solution and be the “first line of defense” for supporting users on system usage and solution queriesGo Live andhyper-caresupport will beprovidedin personandon location when needed.Business Solutions Analyst is expected to travel when necessary.

Expectations

  • BS or BA in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations,Logisitcs,or related fields.

  • 5+ years of experienceworking in SAP WM and EWM, Materials Management, Logistics Execution, Quality Management, TMSand IT related project methodologies

  • Strong knowledge of SAP ECC, SAP S4/HANA, EWMrequired

  • Knowledge of MS Office,JIRA,Power BI, and other applicable systems. Able to actively learn new data management systems quickly and perform with limited guidance.

  • Strong verbal and written communication/documentation skillsin English.

  • Proactive attitudethat prioritizescustomer centricdeliverablesand meets the deadlines associated withdeliverables.

  • Ability totravel forup to two weeks at a time to support business needs.
