What you’ll build
In your role, you are responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of technical and organizational projects and workstreams for changes across our customer's landscape, including system builds, service pack updates, OS/DB upgrades, integration projects with our customer systems, and infrastructure improvement initiatives. You will interact with and coordinate our customer and internal teams, drive planning and execution of complex projects, prepare and conduct project communication, status reports, and governance meetings, contribute to the standardization of our overall project methodology and automation, and act as a contact person for our senior management as well as the delivery team.
What you bring:
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate project plans and status between customer, engagement teams, technical & operations teams, and senior management
• Experience in driving complex projects with end-to-end responsibility (certifications are a plus)
• Experience in standardization of project management methodology and simplification of project management processes
• Strong internal and external stakeholder management and experience in working as key contact for customer communication
• Technical experience with cloud and hybrid landscapes (both technical and architectural) and cloud-relevant technologies (hypervisor, storage, cloud specific backup, etc.)
• Experience with S/4 conversion and migration projects is a plus
• 12+ years of relevant experience

We provide end to end service for this customer, operating the entire landscape with more than 80 productive systems and several of the largest HANA-based systems.
